  */etc/rc.d/init.d/autofs reload* は、実行中のデーモンに対して現在のauto.masterマップをチェックします。 エントリが変更されたデーモンを強制終了し、新しいエントリまたは変更されたエントリのデーモンを起動します。

マップが変更されると、変更はすぐに有効になります。 _auto.master_マップが変更された場合、 autofs スクリプトを再実行して変更を有効にする必要があります。

*/etc/rc.d/init.d/autofs status* は、 *automount* （8）の実行中かどうかのステータスを表示します。
