プロトタイプ-オブジェクトisElement（）メソッド
このメソッドは、objがタイプ1のDOMノードである場合はtrueを返し、そうでない場合はfalseを返します。
構文
Object.isElement(obj);戻り値
渡されたオブジェクトがタイプ1のDOMノードである場合はtrueを返し、そうでない場合はfalseを返します。
