プロトタイプ-列挙可能なeach（）メソッド

このメソッドは、Enumerableの基礎です。これにより、すべての要素を一般的な方法で繰り返し処理し、Enumerableを返すことで、チェーン呼び出しが可能になります。

オプションのコンテキストパラメータは、イテレータ関数がバインドされるものです。使用する場合、イテレータ内の_this_キーワードは、引数で指定されたオブジェクトを指します。
