Adds a job server to a list of servers that can be used to run a task. No socket I/O happens here; the server is simply added to the list.
パラメータ
host- ジョブサーバーのホスト名。
port- ジョブサーバーのポート番号。
返り値
成功した場合に true を、失敗した場合に false を返します。
