Creates an empty training data struct.
パラメータ
num_data- The number of training data
num_input- The number of inputs per training data
num_output- The number of ouputs per training data
返り値
成功した場合にニューラルネットワークトレーニングリソース、エラー時に false を返します。
注意
注意:
この関数は、fann拡張機能が libfann > 2.2 以上でビルドされている場合にだけ利用可能です。
