IMARGUMENT関数は、引数$ \ theta $（theta）を返します。
x + yi = \ left | x + yi \ right | e ^ \ {i \ theta} = \ left | x + yi \ right |（\ cos \ theta + \ sin \ theta）

- COMPLEXを使用して、実係数と虚係数を複素数に変換します
- IMARGUMENTは次のように計算されます- + IMARGUMENT（z）= tan ^ \ {-1} \ left（\ frac \ {y} \ {x} \ right）= \ theta ここで \ theta \ epsilon（-\ pi; \ pi]、および\：z = x + yi
